Visible AI activity.
Unclear gains

Most companies have the tools and a few agents. The returns are uneven, and keeping up is a full-time job. I do that job with partners who have worked in AI for 10+ years. I filter what matters and tie it to revenue and cost.

What sounds familiar
  • We have lots of AI activity but can't measure the gains.
  • The board asks what the AI spend returned.
  • By the time we roll something out, it's already outdated.
  • A few people are great with AI. The company isn't set up for it.
  • Our data, security or compliance isn't ready.
  • We use AI to do the same work faster. Revenue hasn't moved.

How I'd approach it

  1. Filter what matters

A fast review of your AI stack and what's new: what to use now, what can wait and what to drop. Steps you can act on within weeks.

  2. Aim it at revenue

Pick the uses that grow revenue or cut cost. Each one gets a clear goal and a date to check if it's working.

  3. Get the company ready

Set people up to use it well: onboarding, data, security and skills. Where it needs deep specialist work, I bring in partners.

10% improvement means you're aiming too low

Cutting costs and tidying processes adds 10%. Building what wasn't possible before adds 10x.

I've worked with Kaspars on a few projects over the years, and he's the person I go to when a decision is genuinely hard - a product bet, a tech direction, a strategy I can't pressure-test from inside. For any founder who needs a sharp outside read, he's who I'd send you to first.

His judgment is remarkably accurate, and I came to trust his instincts without feeling the need to second-guess them. He has a deep understanding of both product and technology and consistently approaches decisions by prioritizing the customer and their needs first.
