I'm Kaspars Koo.

Koo is my advising practice — for product and tech leaders facing the calls that are theirs to make: the next product bet, the first AI feature, the strategy no one inside can pressure-test.

12+ years across product, sales, marketing, and operations, inside 30+ companies — from 5-person teams to global enterprises. Seed-stage startups, a YCombinator-backed company in NYC, active angel investing, daily work with AI tools. In the US since 2017.

I work alone on most of it. When a project needs building (not just advice), I bring in a bench of engineers and AI specialists I've worked with for years — to ship the prototype, to pressure-test the technical plan, to handle the parts that need hands-on depth.

KontorHQ is my other practice — for Baltic, Nordic, and Eastern European founders entering the US market.
