I'm Kaspars Koo.

Koo is my advising practice. Product and tech leaders call me when the decision is theirs to make and everyone around them is too close to it.

12+ years across product, sales, marketing, and operations. 30+ companies, from 5-person teams to global enterprises. Seed-stage startups, a YCombinator-backed company in NYC, angel investing through BADideas.fund, daily work with AI tools. In the US since 2017.

I work alone on most of it. When something needs building and not just advice, I bring in engineers and AI specialists I've worked with for years.

KontorHQ is my other practice. That one is for Baltic, Nordic, and Eastern European founders entering the US market.
